I'm officially letting the powers at be know that Valentine's Day should never land on a Monday ever again. Mondays just aren't a good day for sweetness around here. We all seemed to be so "off" that I declared a Do-Over and we celebrated on Tuesday. That was a great recovery to an otherwise disappointing start to our week.
