An Abundance of Thanks

This year, our celebration of Thankgiving was a unique gift for our family.  We were invited to help serve a meal to our community on Thanksgiving Day.  We were excited to go and spend the day serving others with our family.

After we spent the afternoon meeting new friends, our family was abundantly blessed with a huge provision of food and turkeys to bring home.  We never expected the Lord to use this event to provide for our own family in this way. We are so very grateful.

The following day we enjoyed a lovely meal together with David's parents, sister and brother-in-law.  We spent precious time giving thanks, praying, and feasting.  We also had a blast playing on the wii, cheering the children while they played Twister, and laughing together.  A precious time for tying hearts together.
