Crack-tastic!!

Crack-tastic!! My first try on grain-free crackers is a success!

Crack-tastic besan and herb crackers (from some site somewhere but I don't know where now)
2 cup besan flour  (chickpea/garbanzo bean flour)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
2-3 tsp tahini
1 TBS chia seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup water
Seasonings of choice: I made mine onion-dill flavored
2-3 tbs dried onion
2-3 tbs dried dill weed

Stir together wet ingredients. Stir together dry ingredients.  Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients. Mix and form a ball. Roll out dough between two pieces of parchment paper until desired thinness.  Use a pizza cutter to score into desired size and shape. Poke with fork.  Move bottom sheet of paper with crackers to baking pan.  Bake at 350 until golden brown. About 15- 20 minutes.  Allow to cool before breaking into crackers.

Perfect little snack after a long day in the kitchen. :)
