Triplets!!!

We came home from the park today and LOOK what we found!!
Elizabeth's Haddie-Cat is a proud new Momma!!

Three sweet kitties, two black and one striped just like their momma. Haddie came running to find Elizabeth when she got home and brought her right to her new babies. (Much to Elizabeth's delight!)  They were all clean and nursing and snuggling their momma right in the girls' room. Oh boy, are we lovin' this!!
Haddie is such a good Momma. She's been keeping a watchful eye on her babies, but comes to find us to be sure we are admiring her precious "tiny ones". (Verity's name for the kittens. ) She loves the attention, that's for sure.

So, anyone want to get on the waiting list for some adorable new kittens? :D

Awwwwwwwwwwww! I'd love a kitty but we have to pay a $350 deposit PER pet plus and extra $10 a month on our rent per pet. EEKS!

Wow..this is wonderful! Can't wait to show the girls! Did you realize Hattie was in the "kitten way"? That is so cool! Such a great way for the kids to experience young animal life, too!

Stephanie - YIKES! That's a big commitment for a pet. But it sure would be fun to deliver one to you. :)

Mary - Yes, we did know she was expecting. We didn't expect them to come so soon. Elizabeth is thinking that Elisha needs a kitten. ;)

Hmmm...well...we just got two new to us rabbits from a homeschool family that is moving. Grace's rabbit died a few months back and so we had an empty hutch just needing to be filled. I guess between that and one chick and maybe 4 more on the way, and the goats and other chickens we are a bit full here! Tell Elizabeth...thanks for thinkin' of Elisha though...that's sweet! We are down one cat. Maddie's cat Selah is missing, and has been for 8 days...sigh...now we have two kitties and Glenn feels we have two kitties too many...sigh....what beautiful kittens, though!
