Finishing Touches on the Advent Season

We enjoyed closing the Advent Season by celebrating with David's family on Christmas Eve and opening gifts by ourselves on Christmas morning.  Some of our favorite traditions followed us to our new home along with a few new ones.  We were so busy enjoying ourselves on Christmas Day, we didn't get any photos. Imagine that!

This Christmas found me showered with precious gifts from my sweet husband. The best of which was a precious video set to music of photos of me with my wonderful family and friends over the years. I still can't get through it without crying. I realize, as I watch my life unfold on those images that there is so much the Lord has enabled me to experience, enjoy, and learn from the wonderful people he has given to me.  I am truly blessed.
